The National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP), in conjunction with Adobe had a free session last week in NYC to show up the new functions and capabilities of Adobe’s Creative Suite 5, in particular Photoshop CS5.
Since it was FREE, plus they promised a lucky draw which included a Photoshop World pass in Las Vegas and $250 B&H vouchers, I went for it. Besides, the Photoshop Guys: Scott Kelby, Matt Kloskowski, RC Concepcion, Corey Barker, and Dave Crosswere were hosting the event. These guys are HUGE in the photo world.

The session lasted almost five hours! with the guys taking turns going through the new functions that CS5 packed, including of course, Content Aware Fill. But seriously, CAF is just the tip of the ice berg. Hopefully, I’ll be able to put some of that to good use.
I am super grateful for the chance to be in NYC. Its an exciting place to be in with so many opportunities such as this to learn from. Next up, the Worldwide Photography Walk. Super pumped for that.
